“Leaving things better than you found them is a good way of living. The copy and paste approach to both life and building design is clearly not working. I live in the West of Ireland where we are seeing the gradual impacts of climate extremes and biodiversity loss year on year. Knowing that this will only deteriorate unless there is significant change is both worrying and motivating. It is my intent to put the climate crisis, resilience, biodiversity and wellbeing at the forefront every project I work on.”
