LEED Consulting
The team offers over 30 years of combined LEED certification experience on more than 160 projects around the world and knows how to guide clients and project partners to achieve the best sustainable solutions.
Given our breadth of experience we can guide teams through a broad range of scenarios including new construction, building fit-outs, exist building upgrades and master planning.
We believe in working closely with project teams from project conception to practical completion to integrate the best possible green results which deliver sustainable buildings that provide economic benefit, reduce environmental impact and provide a positive work space environment for future occupants.
LEED Consulting
The WELL Building Standard provides the opportunity to design and build with a human-centred approach. Backed by the latest scientific research, WELL certification aims to advance human health through design interventions and operational protocols and policies and foster a culture of health and well-being.

Life Cycle Assessment
Embodied carbon is a significant GHG contributor and represents 100% of a projects carbon at practical completion and about 30-40% of a projects total carbon including operational energy over a 60-year life span. This is a significant contributor to the climate crisis and mitigating its impact is essential to meet the Paris Agreement required reductions.
Our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) team directs projects on embodied carbon reduction and help to implement low impact strategies that work for the project and climate. We currently work across numerous low carbon standards including LETI, ILFI Zero Carbon, LEED, HPI and BREEAM standards.
Significant carbon reduction can be achieved with the right mindset and direction.
HPI
Home Performance Index has been particularly outlined by IGBC for residential development, it is aligned to Irish building regulations, EU CEN standards, Level(s) and international WELL certification for communities, also aligned with the EU Sustainable Finance Taxonomy.
HPI awards certificates with a rating of HPI or Gold HPI for the standard of a home’s design, construction, and environmental sustainability. HPI certification is based on over 30 verifiable indicators in five categories. Mandatory requirements are set in the most important areas, such as water efficiency, ventilation, thermal bridging, and enhanced airtightness. Numerous trustworthy developers will utilize the certification as an image of quality confirmation in their upcoming developments.
Training
Nellie Reid has been developing curricula for and delivering Sustainability and LEED Training courses for over 1,200 individuals over the past 15 years. She is a guest lecturer at UCD School of Architecture and has delivered training to public and private sector clients in Ireland for the past 5 years.
Meehan Green has recently developed customized training modules for Contractors and for LEED v4.
